Amelia Thompson

Founder & President

For more than twelve years, Amelia has provided  strategy, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, program design, project management and leadership development support to social entrepreneurs, faith-based leaders, businesses and nonprofit organizations. She completed studies at Vassar College and graduate studies at St. John’s University and Harvard University. Her consulting practice Two Five Consulting offers strategic planning, evaluation support and fundraising consultation to businesses and nonprofits.

Aleeza Chery

Director of Web Development & Technology

Leeza has over 14 years of graphic design experience and has provided web and graphic design support to a number of small businesses. For about 7 years she supported the Asia Society as the senior front-end web developer. She completed studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo securing a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology and the City University of New York (CUNY) York College with a Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology with double concentrations in Web Development and Video. She has also assisted in teaching classes in web development as a College Assistant at York College. 

Philippe Chery

MultiMedia Producer
As a graduate of CUNY York College, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology, Philippe acquired a technical background in documentary, camera operation, video and photography. Philippe has used his skills as a videographer to create positive and inspiring content for grassroots organizations, political figures and nonprofits. Philippe is a member of Upon This Rock I Will Build My Church Assembly in Brooklyn, New York.

Board of Directors

Samantha Fletcher, M.Ed.
, is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Engagement at The Siena School in the Washington, DC area. She is also host and producer of Daily Border Crossings podcast and a DEI consultant for schools and organizations. Samantha received a BA from Augusta State University, an M.Ed. from the University of Maryland, and an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, with degrees in the journalism, education, and technology fields. She is passionate about just treatment, wings and old school hip hop, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Nina Dee Irizarry
is a Christian artist, researcher, entrepreneur, and creative director in the marketing, art, and design space with over twenty years of experience. Her emphasis on art, faith, beauty, design, and justice has been a lifelong pursuit. Nina’s extensive portfolio includes collaborations with established and emerging artists, art institutions, fashion designers, community developers, and currently a seminary.

She is also the founder and creative director of Du Cœur Magazine. The publication and its activities emphasize art’s role not just aesthetically but in regards to social impact initiatives. Her goal is to combine the lens of her devout Judeo-Christian faith, ethics, aesthetics, the beauty and preciousness of all life, art-making, diplomacy, policymaking, and cultural research into one.

John Njuguna
has been a financial professional for over 10 years and has served as a controller in the nonprofit sector for more than 10 years. John serves in the youth and mission departments at Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn, New York.
